Job Summary

One You Love Homecare is seeking compassionate, dependable caregivers to provide one-on-one, non-medical care to clients in the comfort of their own homes.

As a caregiver, you'll help clients maintain their independence while providing companionship, personal care, and assistance with daily activities. If you're passionate about making a difference and enjoy building meaningful relationships, we'd love to have you on our team.

Responsibilities

• Provide companionship and emotional support
• Assist with personal care and activities of daily living
• Prepare meals and assist with feeding when needed
• Help clients with mobility and safe transfers
• Perform light housekeeping and laundry
• Provide transportation to appointments and errands (when applicable)
• Offer medication reminders
• Observe and report changes in a client's condition
• Follow individualized care plans and infection control procedures
• Clock in/out electronically and complete required documentation

Qualifications

• Previous caregiving, home care, hospital, assisted living, or nursing home experience preferred
• HHA or CNA certification preferred (or applicable state certification)
• High school diploma or GED preferred
• Valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and proof of auto insurance (if transporting clients)
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Dependable, compassionate, and professional
• Must be authorized to work in the United States
