We are looking for dependable, compassionate, and professional caregivers who are passionate about making a difference in the lives of seniors and adults in our communities.

Responsibilities

• Provide personal care according to each client's individualized care plan.
• Assist with bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, mobility, and meal preparation.
• Provide companionship and emotional support.
• Perform light housekeeping related to the client's care.
• Observe and report changes in the client's condition to the supervising nurse or supervisor.
• Complete required documentation accurately and on time.
• Follow all agency policies, safety procedures, and client confidentiality requirements.

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Experience as a PCA, Caregiver, HHA, preferred.
• Current CPR and First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain).
• Current TB screening.
• Valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and current auto insurance.
• Ability to pass a criminal background check.
• Reliable, compassionate, professional, and dependable with excellent communication skills.
