Job Description

*Job Overview* We are seeking a dynamic Staffing Coordinator to join our team. The Staffing Coordinator will play a crucial role in recruiting, onboarding, and managing relationships with employees and clients. *Responsibilities* - Coordinate staffing needs and fulfill client requirements - Source, screen, and interview potential candidates - Conduct employee orientations and facilitate training programs - Manage employee evaluations and performance reviews - Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and candidates - Utilize various recruitment methods including lead generation, executive recruiting, and campus recruitment - Oversee contract negotiations and ensure compliance with employment laws - Collaborate with sales teams to meet staffing goals *Requirements* - Proven experience in talent acquisition or staffing coordination - Familiarity with ADP or similar HR software - Strong relationship management skills - Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment - Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities - Knowledge of employee evaluation processes - Experience in sales or customer service is a plus Join our team as a Staffing Coordinator to make a meaningful impact on our organization's success!
