Paramount Senior Living is hiring a personal care aide for our full-time first-shift team.

As a personal care aide, you will help residents with daily tasks and personal care. You will work with a team that takes pride in providing quality care and support.

What You'll Do

* Help residents with daily care and personal needs * Assist with meals, activities, and daily routines * Help keep residents safe and comfortable * Follow care plans and work instructions * Work closely with nurses and other team members * Report changes in a resident's health or behavior * Complete other assigned duties

What You'll Need

* Direct Care Aide (DCA) Certification required * High School Diploma or GED * At least 18 years of age * Valid driver's license * CPR and first aid certification are preferred, but not required
