Job Overview

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Personal Care Aide to provide essential support to individuals in need of assistance with daily living activities. Responsibilities

• Assist clients with personal hygiene tasks, including bathing, grooming, and dressing.
• Provide support with mobility, including lifting and transferring clients as needed.
• Prepare nutritious meals and assist with feeding when necessary.
• Monitor and document client health status and report any changes to the appropriate healthcare professionals.
• Ensure a safe and clean environment by performing light housekeeping duties.
• Engage clients in meaningful activities to promote mental and emotional well-being.
• Adhere to HIPAA regulations to maintain client confidentiality at all times.
• Provide direct support in assisted living settings or long-term care facilities as required.

Experience

• Previous experience in caregiving or personal care aide roles is preferred but not mandatory.
• Familiarity with CPR techniques is a plus.
• Experience in assisted living or long-term care environments is advantageous.
• Ability to perform heavy lifting and assist clients with mobility challenges is essential.
• A caring attitude and strong communication skills are necessary for building rapport with clients.
