About the Role

As a Personal Care Aide, you will provide non-medical assistance to seniors and individuals who need support with daily routines. You will play an important role in promoting comfort, dignity, safety, and quality of life for each client you serve.

What You’ll Do

• Assist clients with daily personal care needs, including bathing, grooming, dressing, toileting, hygiene, meal preparation, and medication reminders
• Provide companionship, conversation, encouragement, and emotional support
• Help maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable home environment through light housekeeping tasks
• Monitor and report changes in the client’s health, mood, behavior, or overall condition
