Union City, GA Pay: $15.00 per hour Schedule: Part-Time Positions Available

Do you have a heart for caring for others? We are looking for reliable and compassionate Personal Care Aides (PCAs) to assist clients with daily support in the comfort of their homes.

This role is ideal for someone who is patient, dependable, and committed to helping seniors and individuals with disabilities live safely, comfortably, and as independently as possible.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Provide assistance with daily personal care needs such as bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and hygiene
• Help with meal preparation and remind clients to take medications as directed
• Spend quality time with clients by offering companionship, encouragement, and emotional support
• Assist with light household tasks to help keep the client’s home clean, safe, and comfortable
• Pay attention to any changes in the client’s health, mood, behavior, or daily condition and report concerns promptly
• Encourage clients to remain active, independent, and engaged in their daily routines
• Follow the client’s care plan and provide respectful, person-centered support at all times

Requirements

• Prior caregiving experience in home care, assisted living, long-term care, or similar settings is preferred
• Experience assisting with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs)
• Familiarity with dementia, Alzheimer’s care, memory care, and senior support is a plus
• Basic understanding of client rights, privacy, and respectful care practices
• Must have dependable transportation and be willing to travel within a 30-mile service area
• Must be reliable, compassionate, professional, and able to work independently
