Personal Care Aide

Overview

• Provide compassionate, respectful support that helps individuals with daily personal care and routine needs.
• This role may also include medication technician duties. Training for those duties is provided.

Responsibilities

• Assist with personal care and daily routines while respecting each individual’s dignity and preferences.
• Offer attentive, supportive help and communicate relevant needs or changes to the appropriate team members.
• Your impact: Consistent, respectful care helps individuals feel supported and maintain comfort in their daily routines.
• Perform medication technician duties after receiving the training provided for the role.

• Clear communication and the ability to follow care instructions and established procedures.
• Willingness to learn medication technician responsibilities through provided training.
• Prior personal care or medication technician experience may be helpful but is not required.

Pay: $17.00 per hour
