RCG/CNA PM Shift Evenings 2-10PM

Join the Horizon Health, Inc. team in Brainerd, MN, at Harmony House, an assisted living community dedicated to residents with memory challenges. We are seeking compassionate Resident Caregivers (RCGs/CNAs) to provide personalized, supportive care in a tranquil, friendly environment.

We are hiring one full-time and two part-time caregivers. Enjoy flexible schedules and shift differentials! Certified nursing assistants (CNAs) with current certification are eligible for additional pay, though certification is not mandatory.

Position Title: Resident Caregiver / CNA - PM Shift, 2-10pm, with rotating holidays and every other weekend.

Location: Harmony House, Brainerd, MN

Type: Full-time and Part-time positions available

Key Responsibilities

- Provide compassionate personal care, assist with activities of daily living, and manage medications.

- Support residents with mobility, meals, hygiene, and overall comfort.

- Monitor and report on health changes to nursing staff.

- Foster a safe, respectful, and engaging environment.

- Collaborate with team members to deliver high-quality care.

- Perform duties such as cooking, cleaning, and laundry.
