This is a great position for someone who is passionate about working with children, adults, and the elderly who need extra help. The individuals we serve are in need of compassionate care for a wide variety of conditions, such as Autism, ADHD, Depression, Anxiety, and physical and mental limitations, such as Fibromyalgia, Alzheimer's, Dementia and general muscle weakness.

We currently have shifts for In-Home Caregivers to work with a variety of these special needs individuals throughout Dodge County, including but not limited to Beaver Dam, Watertown, Waupun, Horicon, and Mayville. Schedules are chosen by you, which are based on the caregiver's availability, restrictions, and strengths. Schedules can be put together to include nearly any days and hours you can do.

We pay our Caregivers ABOVE MARKET WAGES.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with daily activities such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility to promote independence and dignity.
• Provide companionship and emotional support to foster a positive and engaging environment.
• Prepare nutritious meals tailored to individual dietary requirements and preferences.
• Assist with light household tasks, including cleaning, laundry, and organizing.
• Support clients in transportation to appointments, errands, or social activities as needed.
• Provide respite and mentorship to provide a safe space away from family.

Experience
