Urgently Hiring Home Health Aide

Join the Sharp Home Care team and help seniors continue living safely and independently at home. We are currently hiring dependable caregivers to provide compassionate, non-medical support for clients in Marietta, Roswell, Austell, Powder Springs, Woodstock, and surrounding Cobb County communities.

Our client assignments are designed to meet a variety of care needs and include 4-hour, 6-hour, 8-hour, and 12-hour shifts. Scheduling is based on client availability, care requirements, and caregiver availability.

Compensation

$16.50–$18.50 per hour

, with pay determined by the assigned client and the scheduled day of the shift.

### Primary Responsibilities

• Provide assistance with personal care and everyday living activities
• Build positive relationships by offering companionship and emotional support
• Help clients maintain a clean, comfortable, and secure home environment
• Follow individualized service plans and complete required documentation accurately
• Communicate professionally with clients, their families, and the office team

### Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in home care, assisted living, skilled nursing, rehabilitation, hospital care, or a related field preferred
• Reliable transportation
• CPR and First Aid certification preferred
• Authorization to work in the United States
• Compassionate, dependable, and committed to delivering quality care
