Do you have a passion for helping seniors live with dignity, purpose, and joy? At The Monarch at Richardson Assisted Living Memory Care, we are looking for compassionate, dependable, and service-oriented team members to join our caregiving team.

As a Caregiver/Wellness Associate, you will play an important role in enriching the lives of our residents by providing daily support, meaningful engagement, and exceptional care in a warm and welcoming environment.

CNA certification is welcomed but NOT required. We are looking for caring hearts and positive attitudes!

What You’ll Do

• Assist residents with activities of daily living including bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility
• Provide compassionate support and companionship
• Help residents maintain dignity, independence, and quality of life
• Observe and report changes in residents’ condition to nursing leadership
• Assist with dining services, activities, and resident engagement
• Ensure residents are safe, comfortable, and cared for at all times
• Support residents living with memory loss through patience, kindness, and understanding

What We’re Looking For

• Compassionate, dependable, and team-oriented individuals
• A positive attitude and strong work ethic
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Experience in senior living, caregiving, or customer service is preferred but not required
• Ability to work weekends and holidays as needed
• CNA certification is a plus, but not required
