Responsibilities

• Manage the overall operations of the assisted living facility, ensuring high standards of resident care and safety.
• Develop, implement, and oversee individualized care plans tailored to residents’ needs.
• Supervise staff members, including leadership, caregiving teams, while fostering a positive team environment.
• Ensure compliance with all state and federal health regulation policies related to long-term care and assisted living services.
• Oversee healthcare financial management, including budgeting, billing processes, and resource allocation to optimize operational efficiency.
• Maintain thorough documentation of resident records, medication administration logs, incident reports, and regulatory compliance reports.
• Promote a culture of continuous improvement by staying current on industry best practices in senior care, home & community care experience, and group home management.

Experience

• Proven leadership experience in assisted living facilities or nursing homes with a strong background in nursing home administration or healthcare operations management.
• Extensive knowledge of long-term care regulations, dementia care protocols, and memory care best practices.
