Job Summary

We are seeking compassionate and dedicated Caregivers to provide high-quality support and assistance to individuals in various care settings, including home, community, assisted living, and nursing facilities. The ideal candidate will be committed to enhancing the well-being and independence of clients through personalized care plans, attentive monitoring, and compassionate support. This role offers an opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of those with diverse needs, including seniors, individuals with disabilities, or those requiring specialized memory or dementia care.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs), such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility support
• Provide medication administration and monitor vital signs in accordance with care plans
• Support patients with Alzheimer's, dementia, or memory care needs through specialized techniques and patience
• Prepare nutritious meals tailored to dietary requirements and assist with feeding as needed
• Maintain accurate documentation of patient care activities while adhering to HIPAA regulations
• Observe and report changes in patient condition or behavior to healthcare professionals promptly
• Operate medical equipment such as Hoyer lifts and assist with transfers safely
• Perform light housekeeping tasks including cleaning and maintaining a safe environment
• Assist with transportation to appointments or community activities when required
• Follow all safety protocols including CPR and first aid procedures to ensure client safety at all times

Qualifications

• Prior experience in home health, long-term care, assisted living, hospice, or group home settings preferred
• Knowledge of patient observation, medication administration, and vital signs monitoring
• Certifications such as CPR and First Aid are highly desirable
