About the Role

The Director of Community Relations leads the marketing and outreach efforts to promote the community, build relationships, and achieve occupancy goals.
Key Responsibilities

- Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract prospective residents.
- Conduct tours and presentations for families and referral sources.
- Maintain accurate records of inquiries, leads, and follow-ups.
- Coordinate community events and outreach initiatives.
- Collaborate with leadership to ensure high occupancy and satisfaction levels.
Qualifications & Requirements
==================================
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field preferred.
- Experience in senior living sales or healthcare marketing.
- Excellent presentation and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in CRM and lead tracking systems.
Physical Requirements

Ability to travel locally and attend events as required.
