We are a small, boutique-style memory care community focused on creating a true home for our residents, not just a place to live. Our team is hands-on, our leadership is present, and our care is deeply personal. We’re looking for caregivers who genuinely *care*—the kind of people who show up with heart, patience, and a willingness to make someone’s day better.

What you’ll be doing

As a Care Partner, you’ll be part of our universal worker model—meaning you’ll be involved in all aspects of daily life in the home:

• Assisting residents with daily care (bathing, dressing, grooming, etc.)
• Supporting residents during meals and helping create a family-style dining experience
• Light housekeeping to keep our home clean and comfortable
• Engaging residents in meaningful activities and conversations
• Being present, attentive, and kind—this is the most important part

What we’re looking for

• A compassionate, patient, and dependable person
• Someone who takes pride in their work and shows up for their team
• Positive attitude and willingness to jump in where needed
• Experience in caregiving or memory care is a plus, but not required—we will train the right person
