• Implement behavior management strategies to promote positive conduct and social skills
• Follow mandated reporting laws to ensure safety and compliance in all caregiving activities
• Conduct classroom or home-based activities that foster childhood development and early education principles
• Administer basic first aid and CPR when necessary to ensure safety during emergencies
• Collaborate with families, teachers, or healthcare professionals to support individual care plans and developmental goals

Requirements

• Prior experience working with children across different age groups, including infants and toddlers
• Knowledge of childhood development theories and early childhood education practices
• Experience working with individuals with disabilities or special needs is highly valued
• Certification in CPR and first aid from an accredited organization is required; ongoing training preferred
