Schedule: Sunday Day Shift (8am-8pm) & Sunday Night Shift (8pm-8am) & Monday Night Shift (8pm - 8am)

Pay: Competitive hourly rate

We are a licensed 6-bed Residential Care Facility for the Elderly (RCFE) located in Corona, California, providing high-quality, compassionate care in a warm, home-like environment. Position Summary

We are seeking a dependable and caring Caregiver to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide personal care and daily living assistance while maintaining compliance with Community Care Licensing (CCL) and Title 22 regulations.

Responsibilities

· Assist residents with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs): bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, mobility, and transfers.

- Incontinence support ( diaper changes)

· Provide meal assistance, hydration, and medication reminders.

· Engage residents in conversation, companionship, and daily activities.

· Maintain cleanliness, organization, and infection control standards.

· Record daily care logs, observations, and incident reports accurately.

· Communicate any changes in condition promptly to the Administrator.

· Perform light housekeeping and laundry duties.

Qualifications

· Must be 18 years or older.

· Minimum 6 months – 1 year of caregiving experience (RCFE, assisted living, or home-care setting preferred).

· Live Scan fingerprint clearance and criminal background check required.

· Current TB test and health screening.

· CPR and First Aid certification required.

· Caregiver Training preferred.

· Compassionate, reliable, and able to work independently or as part of a team.
