Caregiver

Job Summary

We are seeking compassionate and dependable caregivers to provide exceptional non-medical support to seniors, individuals with disabilities, and others who wish to remain safely and comfortably in their own homes. Duties

• Assist with daily activities such as bathing, dressing, grooming, feeding, and mobility for elderly and disabled clients
• Provide companionship and conversation to support clients' emotional well-being
• Prepare meals and perform light housekeeping to help maintain a safe, comfortable home
• Provide medication reminders to support clients' health routines
• Assist with mobility and provide transportation to appointments or errands as needed
• Support total care management, coordinating with families and care teams as needed
• Follow reporting protocols by documenting and reporting any concerns related to client safety or well-being

Experience

• Prior caregiving experience preferred (home health, assisted living, rehab, or nursing home settings all welcome)
• Demonstrated experience assisting seniors or individuals with disabilities with daily living activities
• Knowledge of non-medical home care best practices and person-centered care principles
• Familiarity with supporting individuals with disabilities and implementing inclusive care strategies
• Certification in CPR and First Aid preferred
• Ability to build genuine trust and rapport with clients and their families
• Understanding of reporting protocols related to client safety and protection
• Must pass a background check
