Role Overview

As a Caregiver (Flexible Hours) at Homewatch CareGivers of Ventura, you will be responsible for providing compassionate and person-centered care to clients in their homes. In this role, you’ll collaborate closely with your team to implement personalized care plans, ensuring that each client remains safe, comfortable, and independent. Whether you work full-time or part-time, you’ll have the flexibility to set your schedule according to your availability.

Key Responsibilities

• Implement personalized care plans tailored to each client’s unique needs.
• Assist with activities of daily living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting.
• Prepare nutritious meals and snacks as needed.
• Provide companionship and emotional support to clients.
• Follow safety procedures and maintain a clean, organized environment.

Qualifications

You're a great fit if you have the following skills.

• Experience in caregiving or a related field.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work with flexibility to accommodate client schedules.
• Compassionate nature and patience in assisting clients.
• Willingness to learn and adapt to new situations.

Bonus If You

• Have training or certification in caregiving.
• Speak additional languages to assist various clients.
• Possess experience with elderly or special needs clients.

Employment Type & Availability

This position is available as both Full-Time and Part-Time, with flexible scheduling options that include weekdays and weekends.

Location

This position is on-site only in Ventura, California.
