AVAILABLE SHIFTS

We are currently looking for caregivers to fill the following shifts

• NOC Shift: 12:00 AM – 8:00 AM
• Day Shift: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
• Day Shift: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
• Evening Shift: 5:00 PM – 1:00 AM

*Scheduling availability may vary depending on facility needs.*

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

• Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting.
• Provide medication assistance in accordance with facility policies, training, and applicable regulations.
• Prepare and serve meals while accommodating residents' dietary needs.
• Assist residents with mobility, transfers, and daily activities.
• Monitor residents' well-being and report any changes in their condition.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable living environment.
• Provide companionship, emotional support, and meaningful interaction.
• Follow individualized care plans and facility procedures.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Previous caregiving or senior care experience preferred.
• Experience in an RCFE or assisted living facility is a plus.
• CPR/First Aid certification preferred or willingness to obtain.
• Compassionate, patient, dependable, and responsible.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Must be able to pass required background checks and meet applicable California RCFE employment requirements.
• Willingness to learn and work collaboratively with residents, families, and fellow caregivers.
