is a Florida registered Homemaker & Companion Services Agency dedicated to providing compassionate, high-quality in-home care that allows our clients to remain safe, comfortable, and independent in their own homes.

We are currently seeking compassionate, dependable, and experienced Caregivers/Homemaker Companions to join our growing team. We have full-time, part-time, day, evening, overnight, weekday, and weekend opportunities available throughout our Florida service area.

Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate, respectful, and professional in-home care.
• Assist clients with ADLs including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, mobility, and transfers.
• Prepare meals and assist with feeding.
• Perform light housekeeping and laundry.
• Provide medication reminders.
• Offer companionship and emotional support.
• Observe and report client condition changes.
• Follow individualized care plans.
• Maintain documentation.
• Maintain a safe home environment.

Qualifications

*Required*

• Minimum 1 year professional caregiving experience
• Valid Florida driver's license
• Reliable transportation and auto insurance
• CPR & First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain)
• Pass Florida Level 2 Background Screening
• Professional, dependable attitude

*Preferred*

• HHA or CNA certification
• Dementia, Alzheimer's, Parkinson's, stroke, or hospice experience
• Experience with gait belts and Hoyer lifts
• Weekend availability
• Bilingual (English/Spanish or English/Haitian Creole)
