Caregiver

Napa Valley Senior Living is seeking compassionate, reliable Caregivers to join our resident-centered team. We provide assisted living and memory care in a warm, supportive community where residents are treated like family. As a Caregiver, you’ll help residents with daily living tasks, provide companionship, and support their safety, dignity, and independence.

We are willing to interview and train employees seeking caregiving as a new career.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on assistance with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs):Bathing, grooming, and dressing
• Toileting and incontinence care
• Mobility assistance, transfers, and repositioning
• Dementia and Hospice care
• Medication assistance
• Light housekeeping and room tidiness
• Laundry and linen changes
• Meal set-up and occasional assistance with feeding
• Offer consistent companionship
• Engage residents in conversation and activities
• Encourage participation in community programs and social events
• Observe and report resident changes
• Maintain accurate, timely documentation (care tasks, ADLs, behavior notes)
• Communicate effectively with nurses, medication technicians, and management

Pay: $19.00 - $20.00 per hour
