Duties

• Personal care and assistance with activities of daily living. Assist clients with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility support.
• Monitor patient health by checking vital signs, observing symptoms, and reporting changes to healthcare professionals.
• Mobility assistance and fall prevention
• Medication reminders following prescribed care plans while adhering to HIPAA regulations for patient privacy.
• Prepare nutritious meals tailored to individual dietary needs and assist with feeding when necessary.
• Companionship and meaningful conversation
• Maintain a clean and safe environment by performing light housekeeping tasks such as cleaning patient areas and ensuring infection control protocols are followed.
• Transportation to appointments and errands (when needed)
