Caregiver

Job description

Make a real impact by helping individuals on the autism spectrum navigate daily life. We are looking for compassionate caregivers to provide 1-on-1 support, community transport, and behavioral guidance.

Qualifications

• Experience: Previous work with individuals on the Autism Spectrum or in behavioral de-escalation is highly preferred.
• Physical Ability: Able to assist with transfers or physical movements per care plans.
• Valid Driver's License (Clean driving record).
• Reliable Vehicle (Required for transporting individuals to outings/appointments).
• Proof of Auto Insurance.
• Ability to commute
• Must pass a criminal background check
