• Support early childhood education by implementing teaching strategies aligned with childhood development principles
• Follow mandated reporting laws to report any concerns related to abuse or neglect promptly and appropriately
• Administer basic first aid and CPR when necessary to ensure safety during emergencies
• Maintain a clean, organized environment that adheres to health and safety standards
• Collaborate with families and team members to develop personalized care plans tailored to individual needs

Requirements

• Prior experience working with children across various settings such as daycare, preschool, babysitting, nannying or youth programs teaching experience
• Knowledge of childhood development stages and behavior management techniques
• Certification in CPR and First Aid from an accredited organization
• Familiarity with mandated reporting laws related to child welfare and safety
