Caregiving for special needs individuals, CNA or student

Help us support individuals with special needs or medical complexities in a one-on-one setting, either in their home or while participating in fun community activities. This paid position offers a rewarding opportunity to make a meaningful impact in the lives of those you serve while gaining valuable experience in special education, behavioral health, and patient care.

This position primarily offers afternoon and evening shifts, typically from 3:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m., with availability needed on weekends.

Previous experience working directly with children or individuals with developmental disabilities is preferred but not required. We highly value motivated candidates and provide comprehensive training to help you succeed in the role.

In this role, you will support your client in developing greater independence. Responsibilities vary based on each individual's unique needs and may include assisting with activities of daily living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and feeding. For more independent individuals, support may focus on decision-making, skill development, community involvement, and engaging in activities that build confidence and self-sufficiency.
