Caregiving for special needs individuals, CNA or student

Support individuals with special needs or medical complexities through one-on-one care, either in their home or while participating in enjoyable community activities. In this role, you'll help your client build independence and achieve their personal goals. Responsibilities vary based on each individual's unique needs and may include assisting with activities of daily living (ADLs), such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and feeding. For individuals who require less physical assistance, support may focus on developing life skills, encouraging independence, participating in community activities, making decisions, and building confidence through engaging experiences.
