What You’ll Do

• Provide hands-on daily care including bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility support
• Take and accurately record vital signs
• Assist with care plans and promptly report changes in patient condition
• Support clinical tasks under supervision (catheter care, wound care, etc.)
• Safely use mobility equipment such as Hoyer lifts and bed alarms
• Maintain accurate documentation in EHR systems (Epic, Cerner, or similar)
• Deliver compassionate care to residents with Alzheimer’s, dementia, and complex needs
• Communicate effectively with patients, families, and care teams

What You Bring

• Active CNA certification (required)
• Experience in skilled nursing, assisted living, or healthcare settings preferred
• Strong understanding of infection control and patient care standards
• EHR documentation experience is a plus
• A calm, compassionate, and team-focused approach in fast-paced environments

Pay: $18.50 - $22.00 per hour
