Certified Nursing Assistant/Caregiver

Phoenician HomeCare is seeking caring and reliable Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) to assist individuals who need support with daily activities in the comfort of their own homes.

Our team has been serving the community since 2018, helping older adults maintain their independence while providing families with added peace of mind. We are looking for dedicated caregivers who enjoy working one-on-one with clients and take pride in delivering dependable, respectful assistance.

Job Responsibilities

CNAs provide assistance according to each client's needs and established care instructions. Daily tasks may include:

• Helping with bathing, dressing, grooming, and other personal care activities
• Providing assistance with walking, positioning, and transfers
• Supporting toileting and continence needs
• Preparing meals and assisting with basic nutritional needs
• Offering companionship and engaging clients in everyday activities
• Providing medication reminders as permitted by the care plan and applicable regulations
• Completing basic household tasks related to client care
• Assisting with transportation to appointments and errands when assigned
• Monitoring and reporting changes in client well-being
• Maintaining a clean, organized, and safe living environment

Our focus is on helping clients remain comfortable at home while supporting their individual routines, preferences, and independence.

Qualifications and Expectations

Successful candidates should have the following

• Current Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification
• A caring, patient, and professional approach
• Dependable attendance and strong communication skills
• Ability to assist with hands-on personal care
• Awareness of client safety and individual care requirements
• Ability to work independently in a residential setting
• Availability for daytime or overnight shifts, depending on preference
• Ability to accept assignments with a minimum commitment of 4 consecutive hours
• Reliable transportation to and from client locations
• Previous experience assisting older adults or individuals needing daily living support is preferred
