Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA)

JOB DESCRIPTION

As a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) in Westfields Hospital & Clinic's Med/Surg department, you will assist with the basic care of patients within the Wisconsin CNA’s scope of practice, including psychosocial and physical needs that include:* Performing basic patient care responsibilities as assigned by the Registered Nurse (RN). * Communicating observed changes in patient status and responses to the RN. * Providing for the needs of the pediatric, geriatric and general patient populations.

Work Schedule

• 20 hrs weekly / .5 FTE
• Every 3rd weekend rotation
• Evening shift

Required Qualifications

: * Current CNA license in the state of Wisconsin * BLS certification

Preferred Qualifications

:

• Experience in EPIC computer system
• Prior hospital experience
