“Caregiver – No Heavy Care Required” “Resident Companion / Activity Assistant”

Comprehensive Community Rehabilitation Services, Inc. is seeking a compassionate and dependable team member to join our assisted living community. This role focuses on supporting residents with daily engagement, meal preparation, and meaningful activities in a*small, home-like environment*.

Our residents are largely independent and do not require complex medical care, showers, or extensive personal care, allowing staff to focus on building relationships, creating a positive atmosphere, and enhancing quality of life.

This is an ideal position for someone who enjoys interaction, companionship, and creating enjoyable experiences for others.

Key Responsibilities

• Engage residents in daily activities, conversation, and social interaction
• Assist with preparing and serving meals and snacks
• Participate in and help organize outings and recreational activities
• Provide light assistance and supervision to ensure resident safety
• Maintain a clean, comfortable, and welcoming living environment
• Encourage independence while offering support as needed
• Communicate effectively with team members regarding resident needs

• No brief changes or heavy personal care
• No complex medical care or skilled nursing tasks

Qualifications

• Caring, patient, and positive attitude

• Previous caregiving or assisted living experience preferred but not required
