*Responsibilities*

· Provide direct patient care, assisting with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, and feeding.

• Collaborate with healthcare teams to implement care plans and support patients with developmental disabilities or memory care needs.
• Assist in maintaining a safe and clean environment for patients in various settings, including long-term care and assisted living facilities.

*Qualifications*

· Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification required

• Proficient in basic life support and patient care
• Knowledge of medical terminology and documentation
• Preferred experience in long-term care, assisted living, or hospital settings
