• Support patients with special needs such as dementia or Alzheimer's care, ensuring a safe and supportive environment tailored to individual requirements.
• Assist healthcare professionals with medical procedures including phlebotomy, catheter care, and basic medication administration under supervision.
• Maintain strict adherence to HIPAA regulations and medical documentation standards to ensure patient confidentiality and accurate record keeping.
• Use electronic health records (EHR/EHR systems) for documentation and communication among care teams efficiently.
• Demonstrate proficiency in infection control practices and aseptic techniques to prevent the spread of infectious diseases in various settings such as hospitals, long-term care facilities, or home care environments.
