Position Overview

We are actively recruiting experienced, compassionate, and dependable Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) to join our per diem nurse network. As a CNA with RG Healthcare Staffing, you will be placed at partner facilities across Westchester County and the tri-state area, providing high-quality, patient-centered care to residents in long-term care, skilled nursing, and assisted living settings.

This is a per diem position you control your availability and choose the shifts that work for your schedule. There are no minimum shift requirements to join our network.

What You'll Do

• Provide direct personal care and assistance with activities of daily living (ADLs) including bathing, grooming, dressing, toileting, and mobility
• Assist residents with ambulation, transfers, and repositioning using proper body mechanics and safe patient handling techniques
• Monitor and record vital signs including blood pressure, pulse, temperature, and respiration and report changes in resident condition to the charge nurse promptly
• Assist with meal preparation and feeding as needed, ensuring residents receive proper nutrition and hydration
• Maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable environment for residents at all times
• Provide compassionate emotional support and companionship to residents and their families
• Document care accurately and in a timely manner in accordance with facility policies
