Full Time, Part Time | Day, Evening, and Night Shift available Setting: Skilled Nursing, Long Term Care, Rehabilitation

Ohman Family Living, a family-owned senior care organization with over 60 years of continuous ownership, is now hiring Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) at our Briar facility in Middlefield. Immediate openings across all shifts.

What you'll do

• Assist residents with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and feeding
• Support mobility, including transfers, repositioning, and ambulation
• Monitor residents and report changes in condition to nursing staff
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized environment
• Communicate with nurses, residents, and families
• Follow infection control and safety protocols
• Provide compassionate care that promotes dignity and comfort

Requirements

• Active CNA (Certified Nursing Assistant) certification, State of Ohio
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Reliable, compassionate approach to care
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced healthcare environment
• Experience in skilled nursing, long term care, assisted living, rehab, hospital, or nursing home settings preferred (new grads and STNAs welcome to apply)
