• Document patient information thoroughly in electronic health records (EHR/Epic systems), ensuring compliance with HIPAA regulations and medical documentation standards.
• Utilize specialized equipment like Hoyer lifts or other assistive devices to support patient mobility and prevent injury.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams in acute care environments such as ICU, emergency medicine, or trauma centers to deliver seamless patient care.
• Engage in infection control practices including aseptic techniques and managing infectious disease protocols across various healthcare settings.
