The Greens at Viewmont is seeking a dependable and compassionate Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our team as a Dialysis Transportation CNA. This PRN position is responsible for safely transporting residents in a facility-owned vAN to and from scheduled dialysis appointments while providing exceptional care and customer service throughout each trip.

This is a great opportunity for a CNA looking for a flexible schedule while making a meaningful difference in the lives of our residents.

Responsibilities

• Safely transport residents to and from scheduled dialysis appointments using a facility-owned vehicle
• Assist residents with entering and exiting the vehicle safely
• Ensure residents are comfortable and secure throughout transportation
• Maintain communication with nursing staff regarding transportation schedules and appointments
• Complete required transportation documentation accurately and timely
• Maintain the cleanliness and readiness of the facility vehicle
• Follow all safety, infection control, and facility policies
• Provide compassionate, resident-centered care during every transport

Qualifications

------------------

• Current, active North Carolina CNA certification required
• Valid North Carolina driver's license with a clean driving record
• Previous long-term care experience preferred
• Previous patient transportation experience is a plus
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Dependable, punctual, and professional
• Ability to safely assist residents with mobility needs
