Summary

As a Nursing Assistant

Hands-on Care Typical schedule Nights Part time 15 hrs. average Schedule evenings 7:00-10:00 p.m. Monday thru Friday typical, some occasional weekends with notice. Mobility assistance needed

Responsibilities

• Assist with daily living activities, including bathing, dressing, and grooming.
• Pivot transfers bed to power chair.
• Meal prep

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a Nursing Assistant or in a similar caregiving role is preferred.
• Strong understanding of nursing home operations and resident care needs.
• Compassionate nature with excellent interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
• Bowel Program and Urinary bag changes night to day leg bag.
• Knowledge of infection control practices is beneficial.
• Strong communication skills for interacting.
