• Administer medications and perform basic medical procedures including catheter care, vital signs measurement, and hospice care support.
• Document medical records accurately using Electronic Health Record (EHR) or Electronic Medical Record (EMR) systems while maintaining strict compliance with HIPAA regulations.
• Support clients with memory care needs by implementing dementia and Alzheimer's care strategies to ensure safety and comfort.
• Assist with meal preparation, feeding, laundry, cleaning, and other home care tasks to promote a safe and clean environment.
• Collaborate effectively with nursing staff and other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care.

Skills
