Responsibilities

• Assist patients with activities of daily living such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility support using equipment like Hoyer lifts and manual handling techniques.
• Monitor vital signs including blood pressure, pulse, respiration, and temperature to track patient health status accurately.
• Support medication administration under supervision.
• Provide care for individuals with dementia, Alzheimer’s disease, or other memory-related conditions, including dementia and memory care techniques.
• Maintain a safe environment.
• Document patient interactions

Experience

Candidates should possess prior experience in healthcare environments such as long-term care facilities, hospitals, outpatient clinics, or home care settings. Experience working with diverse patient populations. Working independently without redirection is highly valued. Must be able to drive and have organizational skills. Lite housekeeping, laundry and cooking required. The ability to listen and communicate effectively .

Pay: $13.00 - $15.00 per hour
