Maywood Senior Living is seeking a compassionate and dedicated Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our team. In this role, you will provide hands-on care and support to residents while promoting their dignity, comfort, independence, and overall well-being. Working closely with the nursing team, you will help deliver high-quality, person-centered care in a supportive and rewarding environment.

### Qualifications

Required

• Current Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification in the State of Illinois
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Basic computer skills

Preferred

• Experience in long-term care, supportive living, assisted living, or healthcare settings
• Experience working with seniors or individuals with disabilities

### Responsibilities

• Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and personal hygiene
• Assist residents with mobility, transfers, repositioning, and ambulation
• Obtain and accurately document vital signs, including blood pressure, pulse, temperature, and respiration
• Assist residents during mealtimes and provide feeding assistance when necessary
• Provide companionship, emotional support, and encouragement to residents
• Observe and report changes in resident condition, behavior, or concerns to the nursing team
• Respond promptly and professionally to resident call lights and requests
