Springfield Homes is hiring Care Staff for the Manor House in Chatham.

This position is for the 7 AM to 3 PM shift.

This is 6:1 care only. Our resident-to-staff ratio is almost unheard of in senior care.

The Manor House is located in a great Chatham neighborhood with hands-on management support and great families.

We are looking for a dependable CNA or Certified DSP with recent geriatric care experience. This role supports residents in a small shared housing assisted living home.

Pay

$18.50 to $21.50 per hour, based on experience, reliability, and qualifications.

Schedule

7 AM to 3 PM

Chatham location

Weekend availability ( Every other required)

* Requirements:

Current CNA or Certified DSP

At least 2 years of recent geriatric care experience preferred

CPR certification preferred

TB test within the last 6 months preferred

Food Handler certificate preferred

Must be dependable and professional

Must follow resident care plans and house expectations

Must communicate clearly with management and nursing support * Job Duties:

Assist residents with daily care needs

Support dressing, hygiene, mobility, meals, and daily routines

Monitor residents and report changes right away

Complete shift notes and required documentation

Assist with meals, hydration, and resident engagement

Keep resident areas clean and organized

Follow infection control and safety expectations

Work as part of a small care team

Protect resident dignity, privacy, and safety
