Springfield Homes Manor House is hiring Care Staff for the 3 PM to 11 PM shift in Chatham.

### We are looking for a CNA or Certified DSP who wants a smaller private home setting, hands-on management support, and great resident families.

### Pay: $18.50 to $21.50 per hour

Requirements

Current CNA or Certified DSP

Recent geriatric care experience

Reliable attendance

Professional communication

Able to complete resident care, meals, evening routines, cleaning tasks, and shift notes

Willing to provide proof of certification before interview

Duties include

resident care, dinner support, hygiene, mobility assistance, bedtime routines, documentation, light housekeeping, and reporting resident changes to management or nursing support.

Applicants without CNA or DSP certification will not be moved forward for this position.

MUST BE 18 WITH 2 YEARS OF EXPERIENCE.
