CNA needed for part-time prn and temporary fill-in shifts

9am-4pm Mon - Friday

Biligual/Spanish (preferred)

Location: Hickory, NC

Must have reliable transportation (preferably your own vehicle)

Must be able to clock in and out of your shift on your smart phone using the website.

Must be able to complete New Hire process virtually (or travel to our office in Matthews, NC to fill out paperwork in-person)

Overview

We are seeking compassionate and dedicated Nurse's Aides to join our healthcare team. As a Nurse's Aide, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care to patients. Your primary responsibility will be to assist patients with daily activities, ensuring their comfort and well-being while adhering to safety and health regulations.

Duties

• Support patients with mobility and transfers, using appropriate techniques to prevent injury.
• Engage with patients needing Memory Care, providing emotional support and companionship.
• Ensure a clean and safe environment for patients by adhering to infection control protocols.
• Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance your skills in patient care.

Experience

• Previous experience as a CNA is required.
• Experience working with diverse patient populations, including those with dementia or chronic illnesses, is highly valued.
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work collaboratively within a healthcare team are essential.
• A genuine passion for helping others and providing compassionate care is crucial for success in this role.
