Companion Caregiver / Thriver – Flexible Part-Time Opportunities

Thriving Seniors Co. is a licensed, nurse-owned private home care provider helping older adults remain independent, comfortable, and connected in their homes and communities.

This is not your traditional caregiving position!

Many of our assignments do not require hands-on personal care. Instead, our Thrivers help clients with everyday activities, companionship, appointments, household tasks, and maintaining their independence.

Responsibilities

• Provide companionship, conversation, and social engagement.
• Assist with light housekeeping, laundry, and household organization.
• Support decluttering and downsizing projects.
• Accompany clients to medical appointments and community outings.
• Provide transportation for approved appointments and errands.
• Assist with grocery shopping and light meal preparation.
• Help clients with basic technology and everyday tasks.
• Report client concerns and changes to agency management.
• Maintain professional and accurate visit documentation.

Requirements

• Reliable transportation to and from client assignments.
• Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record.
• Ability to meet applicable background screening requirements.
• Current automobile insurance for driving assignments.
• Dependable, punctual, and professional.
• Strong communication skills.
• Smartphone access for scheduling and documentation.
• Ability to complete required onboarding steps within 7 calendar days of accepting a conditional offer, subject to screening and training requirements.
• Experience working with older adults preferred.

Where We're Hiring

Douglas, Cobb, Fulton, DeKalb, Paulding, Cherokee, Forsyth, Henry, Gwinnett, and Clayton counties.

Assignments are based on location, availability, and client needs.
