Smyrna, GA Pay Rate: $16.00 per hour Hours: 10:00 AM–2:00 PM or 11:00 AM–3:00 PM Total: 8 hours per week

Job Description

A BrightLiving Homecare Services is seeking a dependable, patient, and compassionate caregiver to provide companionship and supervision for an 18-year-old client in Marietta, Georgia.

The client would benefit from someone who enjoys engaging in activities, spending time outdoors, and providing supportive companionship.

Responsibilities

• Provide companionship and supervision.
• Accompany the client on outdoor walks.
• Engage the client in games and recreational activities.
• Encourage positive interactions and a comfortable daily routine.
• Follow the client's care plan and safety guidelines.
• Communicate any concerns or changes to the agency.

Qualifications

• Previous caregiving or companion-care experience preferred.
• Patient, dependable, and comfortable supporting a young adult who may experience behavioral difficulties.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Able to follow care instructions and maintain appropriate professional boundaries.
• Reliable transportation to the client's location in Marietta.
• Willing to complete required onboarding and background checks.

Compensation

$16.00 per hour.
