, an Assisted Living Community, is currently seeking a Part- Cook to join our team. This is a wonderful opportunity for someone who enjoys working with others, takes pride in preparing meals, and finds fulfillment in serving seniors.

Schedule

• 6:30am - 2:30 pm and 3:30pm – 7:30pm
• 32-36 hours per week
• Includes every 3rd weekend working 6:30am-6:30pm and every other holiday rotation

Position Summary

The Dietary Aide / Cook is responsible for helping prepare, cook, and serve meals for approximately 20 residents while maintaining a clean, safe, and welcoming kitchen and dining environment. The ideal candidate is dependable, detail-oriented, and works well as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, cook, and serve meals for residents
• Assist with meal prep and food service
• Clean and maintain the kitchen and dining room areas
• Follow proper food storage and food handling procedures
• Adhere to all federal and state health and sanitation regulations
• Work as part of a team to provide quality meal service to residents

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older
• Ability to pass a criminal background check
• Strong time management and attention to detail
• Team-oriented with a positive attitude
• Enjoys working with the elderly
