Director of Nursing Assisted Living

Kingswood Senior Living in South Kansas City is looking for a Director of Nursing for our 54-bed Assisted Living community. The preferred candidate will be a RN but LPN's will also be considered. General Overview

• Supervising nursing staff and ensuring quality performance and productivity
• Maintaining high standards of care for all patients
• Maintaining confidentiality
• Interviewing and hiring staff
• Ongoing training of staff
• Overseeing department budget
• Reporting to senior leadership

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $85,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
