Female Caregiver / Personal Care Assistant – Part-Time

About the Position

We are seeking a professional, caring, reliable, and responsible caregiver to provide compassionate in-home support to a female client. The ideal candidate will have prior caregiving experience, be dependable and professional, and feel comfortable assisting with all activities of daily living (ADLs).

This is a part-time position with a consistent, set schedule. There may be an opportunity for additional hours as the client's needs increase.

Schedule

• Monday: 8:00 AM – 11:00am
• Wednesday: 8:00 AM – 11:00am
• Friday: 8:00 AM – 11:00am
• Saturday: 8:00 AM - 11:00AM
• Total: 12 hours per week
• Additional hours may become available if the client feels comfortable with PCA.

Responsibilities

• Assist the client with all activities of daily living (ADLs)
• License and Car is required.
• Provide personal care and companionship
• Assist with bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and mobility as needed
• Prepare nutritious meals and assist with cooking
• Perform light housekeeping and household tasks related to the client's care
• Laundry on scheduled Saturday hours
• Provide medication reminders as appropriate
• Maintain a safe, clean, and comfortable environment
• Communicate professionally with the client and care team
• Provide compassionate and respectful care while maintaining the client's dignity and independence

Qualifications & Requirements

• Previous professional caregiving experience required
• Experience assisting with all ADLs
• Must be able to cook and prepare meals
• Must speak and understand English
• Must be reliable, punctual, and responsible
• Caring and compassionate personality
• Professional demeanor and appearance
• Strong communication skills
• Must be dependable and committed to the scheduled hours
• Must be comfortable working independently
